1999 Defender 110 TD5 Station Wagon "Heritage Edition"

We are pleased to be able to offer this lovely example of an original “Heritage Edition" Defender 110 built on 26th May 1999. Presented in iconic Atlantic Green heralding the first colours of Land Rovers back in 1947. Over the last few years this Defender has received a serious amount of attention to bring it to the lovely condition it is presented in today. Starting with a Galvanised chassis with a suspension and brakes overhaul back in 2016. It has since had reqular serving and maintenance locally and has a large portfolio if invoices within its service history pack.

 On the outside: More recently this Defender has had a fresh revamp of its paintwork, maintaining its original look in Atlantic Green. During the body refurb, all doors have been refurbished or renewed keeping the standard of this refurb to a premium. In keeping with its Heritage Edition, the bumper, side steps and door hinges are all finished in the correct light grey contrasting finish. The Deep Dish alloy wheels have been colour coded to body colour, a popular option back in its day, and correctly shod in BF Goodrich A/T 265-75-16 tyres.

On the inside: Very tidily presented and carpeted throughout with grey carpet, as when it left the factory. All seating has been re-trimmed in authentic contrast tan leather, and carried out to a high standard. This 110 retains its original 3 front seats, 3 middles row seats and 2 3-man bench seats in the rear, keeping its factory standard 12 seat status. The dash-top panel and door trims are all in good order. Ivory White dials in the dash binnacle set these original "Heritage Edition" Defenders apart from other Defenders of its day and most copies on the market we see these days.

Overall: The vehicle is presented in excellent condition retaining its originality and in good order. The vehicle drives well and like most Defenders do brings a smile to your face when driving it.
